Fenichel

Fenichel 一方面認為 Freud 是對的：慮病式的 sensation 裡面沒有可分析的（乃是 due to organic changes）（但是進入這種 state of being damned up with narcissistic withdrawal 則是有心理因素作用的），另一方面又很想替慮病的器官找到無意識裡的意義，譬如 castration anxiety 被 displace 到 身體變化

他區分慮病與歇斯底里的方式是：1. 基於 libidinal situation 差異所造成的人格特性之不同
He thinks : hypochondriasis is thus a transitional state between reactions of a hysterical character and those of a delusional, clearly psychotic one.
